Not to be confused with Rainbow Cosmic Luigi, New Rainbow Cosmic Luigi is a Stand that was added the 26th of April, 2021. According to the Owner, this Stand will remain obtainable. There are two versions of this Stand. One being the one you see in the image, the other being a currently limited-time Stand. It is unknown if the event for RCL has ended yet. It’s the Cosmic Luigi from A Bizarre Day Modded, except it looks a lot different and is missing a lot of the moves.
How to Obtain
Rainbow CL can be obtained by using a Rainbow Cosmic Star on SP3. Rainbow Cosmic Stars are obtainable by destroying one of the Rainbow Collectors in the Rainbow Realm.
Appearance
Rainbow CL seems to resemble the Cosmic Luigi from A Bizarre Day Modded, only having a few differences. The most notable difference is that Rainbow CL, as the name suggests, will glow different colors. Rainbow CL also has some particles coming out of it, those being Black Stars. It’s basically regular Cosmic Luigi but rainbow colored.
Moveset
Rainbow Cosmic Luigi sends out a flurry of fast and strong punches, doing either 65.9 damage per punch, or 71.9 damage per punch. There is a chance that Rainbow CL will also send out a few kicks at the enemy while holding E, which will do 81.9 damage per kick.
Rainbow Cosmic Luigi sends out a fast punch that upon hitting your enemy, will do 102.7 damage.
Rainbow Cosmic Luigi will create a vortex that sucks up anyone nearby. This doesn’t do too much damage, but is good against runners.
Rainbow Cosmic Luigi will teleport behind the enemy, and will then donut them, dealing 45 damage.
Rainbow Cosmic Luigi will heal the user, giving them back around 45 health.
Rainbow Cosmic Luigi will grab the enemy, and will then proceed to beatdown them, dealing 15.6 damage per hit. This will end with a finisher, dealing 100 damage.

Miku Platinum will do an blocking pose in front of its user, nullifying all damage done by the enemy no matter what skill they use, but Jevil and Megumin Spec has an ability to bypass this block
Both Miku Platinum and the user will launch up into the sky with an short height and short distance, but this skill is spammable just like the Roll Skill for Miku Platinum

Overview
Luigi is an unobtainable stand in ABJ ( A Bizarre Journey ). It was originated from the game called Super Mario Bros.
Bros represents Mario and Luigi, thus Luigi is also seen in most Mario games in Nintendo ( Game Company / Industry ).

In order to get this stand, you will need to use Luigi Diary on Shiny Sword to get Luigi
Movesets of Luigi
Luigi will punch the enemy multiple times at high speed, dealing the enemy 14 damage per hit
Luigi will punch the enemy with an heavy blow, causing the enemy to knockback an enemy by a short amount of studs, thus dealing the enemy 35 damage
Luigi will punch the enemy, but instead of damaging the enemy, it heals them with an amount of 100 health
When using this skill, any damage that is inflicted by some stands on you can be reflected just like Tree Creation for Golden Experience and Skid Experience, however this may not affected by stands that are Over Heaven ( For Example : Star Platinum : Over Heaven / The World : Over Heaven )
Both Luigi and the user will do a timestop animation while freezing the entire server, meaning that it can freeze other players in the server for a few seconds. Unless they have a stand that have a Timestop Movement Passive.
Both Luigi and the user will teleport on a short distance, thus this skill is spammable due to not having any cool downs
