Food Mod removes (almost) all healing effects from food and drink, makes fresh wasteland foods radioactive, and removes radiation effects from 200 year old packaged foods. It also adjusts the caps values and weights of some foods, and a few other small changes.

Everything still works normally in regard to hunger and thirst in Survival mode.

The purpose is to increase realism, make Survival mode a little more interesting, and make pre-war food more interesting and valuable, like treasure. Salisbury Steak > Grilled Radroach.

This mod incorporates everything from my previous mod ‘Food Don’t Heal’ http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13118? So you shouldn’t use both mods. Use this one instead.

Other small changes include: More / better pickup and drop sounds. More food items now have bounding boxes. Bubble Gum gives you +1 CHA while the flavor lasts. Gum Drops give you +1 LCK. Potato Chips make you thirsty. Tarberries and Mutfruit cure thirst. (Or was that already in vanilla?) Beer too. Raw Meats now make you feel sick (-1 STR), unless you have Cannibal perk. (Lukowsky’s) Potted Meat now causes stomach pain (-1 END) and offensive flatulence (-3 CHA). And a few more small things like that.

Beer, booze, herbs, chems, Perfectly Preserved Pie and Nuka-Cola products, and some other stuff, are not affected.

Compatibility:
This mod makes small edits to all of the food items in the game. It does not use scripts or make changes in worldspace or cells. New foods added by other mods will not be affected at all by this mod. It’s compatible with texture mods. It should be extremely compatible in general, except with mods that edit the same foods. AFAIK it can’t possibly hurt anything.

It is 100% compatible with hunger in Survival mode. (It works with all difficulty levels.) It carries over (won’t overwrite) all fixes from the Unofficial Patch (UFO4P).

Exciting Info:

Note. I had some problems uploading V7.3, the wrong files were appearing. It’s working now, check your game if you downloaded the faulty download, make sure you didn’t lose any of your food.

I made some foods for Fallout 4, as I got impatient with waiting for someone else to do it. The Vanilla food is great at the start of the game, but is far too weak for higher level characters. This mod fixes that, adding higher tier foods that cost more to make.

As its food and not a stimpack, it will take a while to heal you, to prevent you spamming it during a fight.

Note. My Hardcore Mode On stale food patch, stops milk turning sour for some reason. I’ll have to see if I can work out why.

The new food is really handy for playing on Survival difficulty, or more filling foods for higher level players.

Installing.

This is only my second Fallout 4 mod, that I’ve published. I’m new at modding with Fallout, but have used Skyrims creation kit a lot.
As with any other mod you install, make a new save after you install it, so you can backtrack if anything goes wrong.

Un-installing.

1. Load the game, check your status in your Pipboy, making sure you don’t have any status effect from your food.

2. If you do, then just wait or sleep, or sit in a chair and wait, until your status effects are gone.

3. Save your game ( new save ), then uninstall this mod.

4. Reload your game, and check everything is okay.

Updating to a newer version.

1. Load the game, check your status in your Pipboy, making sure you don’t have any status effect from your food.

2. If you do, then just wait or sleep, or sit in a chair and wait, until your status effects are gone.

3. Save your game ( new save ), then update this mod to a newer version.

4. Reload your game, and check everything is okay.

-Make hi-res artwork ( currently the game won’t let me, for some reason ).
-More food
-Make crafting display colour food images, as opposed to green 3d models. ( if possible. )
-Add to leveled lists ( done )

Urban Food Expanded / Больше городской еды!

Устали от однообразных рецептов? Нечего больше готовить? Приелись одинаковые коробки с застарелой ветчиной и слежавшимся пюре быстрого приготовления? Или всё это для вас просто рутина, так как ничего нового уже не предвидится и вы просто заскучали?

Если вы ответили «да» на любой из этих вопросов, то этот мод для вас!

Мне нравится разнообразие! Вот почему я создал эти новые продукты.
Мое намерение состояло в том, чтобы они плавно и органично вписались в мир Пустошей, как будто были частью игры с самого начала.

Все этикетки имеют дизайн, стилизованный под 1950-е годы и не будут бросаться в глаза. Вам придётся хорошенько обыскивать все коробки и ящики, чтобы найти их!

Добавлены рецепты, позволяющие печь пироги и делать чашки с хлопьями на любой кухне. Пироги имеют серьёзные положительные эффекты, в отличие от консервов и пачек с готовой едой, и не радиоактивны. Чашки с хлопьями также дают игроку дополнительное здоровье, но будут немного фонить, если вы приготовите их по рецепту с грязной водой.

Я рекомендую вам так же собрать все выпуски «Руководства по выживанию в Пустоши», поскольку все его бонусы, относящиеся к ванильной еде, будут так же относиться и к моим продуктам.
